We’re Grateful for Our Dealers

The end of the year is a busy time for most dealers. But amid the hustle and bustle of closing out inventory and offering great deals to make room for new cars, we want you to know how much we at VinSolutions appreciate what you do. As a dealer, you work hard 12 months out of the year to provide valuable products and services to thousands of people. And we want to say thanks.  

In this season of Thanksgiving, we at VinSolutions want to thank you—the hard-working men and women who make dealership sales and service departments a great place to work and a great place to buy a car. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for your dedication to your jobs. And thank you for your partnership. As we celebrate Thanksgiving this year, here are three reasons we are grateful for you. 

1. Thanks for working so closely with us.  

One of the best parts of our jobs at VinSolutions is spending time with dealership staff. Our Performance Managers consistently rave about the quality work that’s being done at dealerships all across the country. And more importantly, they rave about the people they work with.  

You make their jobs easy. They leave every conversation with your dealership teams reinvigorated to do their work and recommitted to helping you better your businesses. Working with you is honestly one of the best parts of our jobs. A CRM is only as good as its users. And thanks to the work that you put in with our Performance Managers, we’re proud to say that Connect CRM is helping thousands of dealers improve customer connections and ensure success. 

2. Thanks for working hard to improve your businesses.  

As we interact with you throughout the year, we are consistently impressed by your dedication to your businesses. Your passion is contagious. You are the reason we are in business. And seeing your commitment to utilizing technology to better your customer experience and your businesses makes us want to work harder for you. 

For us, there’s no better display of this commitment than at our annual Connect CRM user summit, VinWorx. This year, we gathered in Fort Worth, Texas, to talk about Connect CRM best practices (and have some fun along the way). And thanks to you, the event was a huge success. The fact that you’re willing to take time out of your busy schedules to attend this event speaks volumes about your commitment to your customers, your employees and bettering your businesses. It’s just another reason we’re grateful for our partnership with you.

Senior Director, Performance Management

Mark joined VinSolutions in 2013 as Director of Performance Management, after serving as one of the early Performance Managers at sister company vAuto. Charged with implementing a true account management department, Mark has grown VinSolutions’ Performance Management department from approximately 30 people in 2013 to more than 80. Mark brings a strong background in the retail car business with a focus on customer retention and leading and establishing teams.
